MVP and product definition
Separate the essential user journey from features that can wait. Define roles, business rules and acceptance criteria so the first release has a clear purpose.
Web Application Development
Elevéa Cloud develops custom web applications for businesses that need more than a marketing website: user accounts, dashboards, portals, integrations and operational workflows.
A custom web app brings the steps of a real business process into one usable product. We start with who will use it, what they need to accomplish and where information comes from. That gives the project a practical foundation before choosing screens, features or a technology stack.
Shape the scope
Separate the essential user journey from features that can wait. Define roles, business rules and acceptance criteria so the first release has a clear purpose.
Design customer, partner or internal interfaces around the tasks people perform repeatedly, including search, reporting, status tracking and account management.
Connect the application to the systems it needs, such as a CRM, payments provider or existing database. Plan authentication, validation, failure states and data ownership.
Review critical workflows, access controls and deployment requirements. Agree monitoring, backups and maintenance responsibilities as part of the delivery plan.
Our delivery experience
Business software · White-label delivery
Elevéa Cloud delivered white-label HR management software, extending our business-software work into human resources.
A white-label product can be presented under another business’s brand. For a similar project, we start by discussing the HR workflows, branding requirements and delivery responsibilities that the software needs to support.
The right fit
An MVP should solve a useful problem from start to finish. For example, a customer portal might begin with account access, a request form and status updates. Advanced reporting can follow once people use that core journey. This approach produces clearer feedback than a large collection of partially finished features.
Budget & planning
Web application cost depends on user roles, workflow complexity, integrations, data migration, reporting and operational requirements. A dashboard with read-only data is different from a platform handling payments and approvals. Share examples of the current workflow, the systems involved and the first group of users; those details are more useful than a long list of screens alone.
For international projects, we agree communication, review points and handover responsibilities at the start. Your requirements and availability guide the delivery plan.

Test the key screens and business rules before building the full application.
Deliver the agreed scope in reviewable increments, including integrations and error handling.
Check critical journeys and prepare deployment, ownership and the next release priorities.
Before you start
Cost depends on the complete workflows, user roles, integrations, data migration and operational requirements. Ask suppliers to price the same first release and distinguish development from hosting, third-party services and ongoing support. A scoped MVP can make the initial investment clearer without treating every future feature as essential at launch.
A website primarily presents information. A web application lets users perform tasks, such as submitting requests, managing records, making transactions or viewing personalised dashboards. Some projects combine both, with a public website and a private application.
Integration feasibility depends on the existing system’s API, authentication, data formats and access permissions. We review those constraints before committing to an integration, including what should happen when the external system is unavailable.
An MVP is useful when the workflow or customer demand still needs validation. A fuller first release may make sense when requirements are already proven or an existing system must be replaced. The decision should follow the risks and dependencies of your project.
